These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the y88i platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers. By using y88i you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting tools, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be voided.
y88i is operated under an international gaming licence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using y88i is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use y88i. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to Players from any jurisdiction at its discretion.
Employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Company or its service providers are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on y88i unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
To access real-money features on y88i, Players must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including: full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on y88i. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts — whether using the same or different identification details — is strictly prohibited. Where the Company identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be suspended. Any Real Money Balance in duplicate Accounts may be returned to the depositing payment method at the Company's discretion, with Bonus Balances voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y88i Account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your Account access with any third party. y88i will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify y88i support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All y88i Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, and bonus amounts are all displayed and processed in PKR. The Company does not apply any platform-side currency conversion charges.
y88i operates under licensing obligations that require verification of Player identities (KYC). The Company may request the following documents at any time:

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and card payments may take up to one business day to reflect in your y88i balance. If a deposit does not appear after the expected processing time, contact y88i support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
y88i maintains Player funds in segregated accounts separate from Company operating funds, in accordance with its licensing obligations. This means your deposited PKR balance is protected and available for withdrawal independently of the Company's commercial activities.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being reviewed. The Company reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. y88i reserves the right to require withdrawal via a different method in exceptional circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the y88i payments team within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Card withdrawals follow the card network's standard reversal timelines.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the y88i cashier. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding standard maximums should contact y88i support in advance to arrange a structured withdrawal schedule.
Only Real Money Balance that meets the wagering requirements of any associated bonus is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the Account balance at the time of a withdrawal request if wagering requirements are unfulfilled.
y88i offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, eligible payment methods, and expiry dates. Where these Terms conflict with a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
y88i employs fraud detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; using automated systems to exploit promotional offers; and coordinating with other Players to abuse referral programmes. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated balances voided.
y88i reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Players who have already opted in and met the stated conditions prior to withdrawal will have their earned bonus honoured at the Company's discretion.
Each game available on y88i is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. y88i cannot be held responsible for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
Sports betting markets on y88i — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports — are governed by the specific betting rules displayed within the sportsbook. These rules cover settlement procedures, match postponement and cancellation policies, void bet conditions, and in-play betting protocols. It is the Player's responsibility to review these rules before placing bets.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, y88i reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. The Company's decision regarding technical malfunctions is final. y88i accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical issues outside its direct control, including connectivity interruptions on the Player's device or network.
y88i applies maximum winning limits per bet, per game, and per day as displayed within the relevant game or betting market. The Company reserves the right to limit maximum payouts at its discretion, including in circumstances where the Company believes a bet has been placed based on an error or where the integrity of a market is in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y88i and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
y88i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; KYC requirements remain unfulfilled after a reasonable period; or the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting y88i support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing an Account, any Real Money Balance meeting withdrawal eligibility conditions will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. y88i will notify the Account holder via their registered mobile number prior to applying dormancy procedures. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant Accounts in accordance with the Company's dormancy policy. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by logging in and completing any required verification.

The Company grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the y88i Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is revocable and terminates automatically upon Account suspension or closure.
y88i processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Personal data collected by y88i — including name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity — is used for Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have given consent. y88i does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for the operation of the Platform, fulfilment of legal obligations, or where you have given explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y88i's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y88i shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform; losses resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, or third-party service interruptions; decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform; or gambling losses generally, which are inherent to the nature of the products offered.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
y88i reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the y88i Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of y88i following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process specified by the Company's licensing authority.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Players are required to contact y88i support to attempt resolution. y88i aims to resolve all Player complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as directed by the Company's licensing body.
